3.1 Digital Service Nature
As Subsonic.site provides technical scouting, API auditing, and agency introduction services, our deliverables are categorized as “Intellectual & Professional Services.”
3.2 Service Delivery
- Audit Reports: Once a “Technical Infrastructure Audit” is delivered to the client, the fee is non-refundable.
- Partner Introductions: Our service is considered fully rendered once a successful technical introduction to a vetted payment partner has been facilitated.
3.3 Infrastructure Fees
Noonsenet does not collect transaction fees. Any disputes regarding transaction refunds, rolling reserves, or chargebacks must be handled through the merchant dashboard of the payment provider we introduced you to. We cannot issue refunds for funds held by third-party financial institutions.
3.4 Integration Disputes
If our technical recommendation fails to meet the documented API standards of the provider, please contact dev-ops@subsonic.site within 5 business days for a re-evaluation of your technical match.
